Jul 25, 2015 How to Install Master Controller on Sims 3. Master Controller is a mod for Sims 3 that allows you to manage and control the entire population of your Sims town. To install the Master Controller mod, you must first download the mod files to. NRaas mods and the new update. If not could be one of the add on mods he has to the main mods, eg having the cheats mod added on the Master Controller, so on. I don't want to play the sims until story progression is updated. When I downloaded it the other day I swear it said 1.63 next to the newest one.

- I have tried to download Nraas Master Controller with Chrome, Internet Explorer and MS Edge all without success
- edited September 2017You appear to be missing a step here and it's not about downloading or unzipping methods since all of those should work fine. All TS3 mods are package based content. In order to be recognized by the game, such content requires the Framework you have partially described -- a Mods folder, and a Packages folder inside that holds the content. But there is also a required file called Resource.cfg that must be in Mods alongside (not inside!) the Packages folder for all of this to work.
This is how we advise most players to set up their Framework since it's all arranged for them and it includes two small sample mods for testing:

Or you could grab the Resource.cfg file as a standalone from here and put it in the right place (in Mods, outside of Packages):
http://nraas.wikispaces.com/file/detail/Resource.zip
(it's the exact same file that is in the MTS Framework linked to above)
NRaas has moved!

Thanks a lot for the help. 'Technophobe' is definitely one of my traits in real life.
